To update a recipe later, use the exact same Recipe ID again — it'll replace what's there.
These show to customers in the app as credit under the recipe title (Publisher - Author - Date), so give proper credit where it's due.
Keep it under about 1MB for best performance.
Pricing is set by Second Drawer Down, not by you — every paid recipe is included in the same bundle pricing shown to customers. Just mark whether this one is free or part of the paid catalog.
Put one ingredient per line in the Ingredients box, and one instruction per line in the Steps box — write out the amount as part of the line itself, e.g. 2 cups flour.
If a recipe has multiple parts (like a cake with a filling and a glaze), start each part on its own line with ## followed by that part's name — for example ## Filling. Put a matching ## line in both boxes at the point where that part begins. Customers will see each part as its own labeled section, with steps numbered starting over at 1 for each one.
Both are shown to customers alongside the recipe once they've bought or claimed it — a great way to send readers back to your site.
